Transfer between accounts with different currency

I have many accounts in different currencies, it would be very convenient to be able to use the ‘Create Transfer’ function to be able to enter these transactions in different currencies.
I saw that there was already a request of this type but it was closed due to inactivity. I would like to reopen it so that it can be resumed as a development.

This ties in with the request to override exchange rates. I however think this will be the simpler option. Just enter amount sent and received in the respective currencies, no need to override any rate.
