Transfer between accounts with different currency

I have many accounts in different currencies, it would be very convenient to be able to use the ‘Create Transfer’ function to be able to enter these transactions in different currencies.
I saw that there was already a request of this type but it was closed due to inactivity. I would like to reopen it so that it can be resumed as a development.

Looked through about 15 personal finance apps and it's surprising how few actually support multi-currency. Those who do, unfortunately lack many other features which Lunch Money has so not really an option to switch to any of them.
Adding this single ability to either enter both currency amounts or to override the exchange rate, will put Lunch Money in a class of it's own.
More and more people are starting to transact in different currencies. The days where multi-currency handling was an advanced feature are long gone, it is now almost an essential feature and so is the control that comes with this.
No exchange rate is ever the same so adding the ability to change the rate or amounts used, are vital. The alternative is to make use of journals and these quickly become a mess.

This ties in with the request to override exchange rates. I however think this will be the simpler option. Just enter amount sent and received in the respective currencies, no need to override any rate.
