- Email notifications for digests now managed independently for each budget account
- User-defined account type and subtype now locked-in and prioritized over Plaid's

- The 'Transaction Details' panel can now be closed by clicking away if no changes were made; unsaved changes will prevent the panel from closing when clicking away
- Split transactions now only display a single tooltip; "This is a split transaction" tooltip was removed
- "Create new budget account" moved to the top of the 'Switch Accounts' menu
- "Starting on" date for General Pool rollovers now defaults to current date when enabled
- Updated the rollover balance adjustment UI for a more intuitive budgeting experience
- The balance adjustment / rollover line in the Inflow table on the Budget page now displays "Starting balance" instead of "Rolled over from previous period" for the first period
