For synced credit cards, Plaid's Liabilities data includes the last statement balance, statement date, minimum payment and next due date. Please show these on the account page and in the v2 API's account data.

Use case: I pay every card in full each month and work out how much to move into checking before autopay runs. The current balance includes charges made after the statement closed, so it's the wrong number for this.
