I understand that it is a budget app but one cannot 100% be sure of it unless it provides some kind of a trial balance type or has to be a rigid reconciliation which may not be possible with the current edit options provided. if there is option for journal entries it would be easier to place pre-paid and accruals to get an exact amount of spending
