Filter by Duplicates

Add a filter by duplicate transactions so they can be easily deleted.
Match on date (within 3 days), amount, payee and account.
This tends to happen if you add manual transactions to a synced account and then it syncs. This is important right now since plaid is flakey for a lot of folks.

Merged in a post:
Detect duplicate transaction

It has happened to me before that I inputted duplicate transactions and then my account balance was off.
I think it'd be cool that upon creating (and saving) a new transaction, Lunch Money would automatically look through existing transactions and check whenever one already exists:
- on the same date
- with the same payee
- and the same amount
if that is the case, a warning that it may be a duplicate transaction would be very useful

+1 for this as well since for a few months Tangerine syncing stopped working and I had to revert to using CSV imports, however, when the syncing worked again I was left with many duplicate transactions. In my case the payees looked different and the dates were off by +- 1 day, however, the amounts were the same.
It would be nice to even have filter/view to show transactions with the same amount or the ability merge them to help with the cleanup.

Hi, I have the same request! I imported from Mint and ended up with duplicates - granted I did import some files multiple times. The other reason there are duplicates is the import(cash transaction) vs the actual account line items imported during sync.

My use case is similar, but involves transactions imported via CSV and transactions imported via automatic account sync, so something that just runs when creating or saving a transaction wouldn't help me much. (Making transactions in different accounts be seen as different, or at least making which fields are required to be the same to count, is also important to me because paying for something using PayPal invariably causes a transfer-to-PayPal transaction with the same date, payee---once corrected---and amount in the underlying bank or credit-card account.)
I would like to see a "suggested duplicates" view, like the "unreviewed" or "suggested recurring" view, that presents transactions that are identical to another transaction except for their underlying "transaction ID" field. I'm currently doing basically this locally using a CSV export, but (while quicker and easier than deleting all my data and starting over AGAIN) this is slow and clunky, so a built-in UI feature would be preferable.
