Assign transaction to a budget from different month

Having the ability to assign a transaction to different month's budget would be nice. For instance, I paid my August rent in July (do not happen very often). It would be nice to have the ability to apply this transaction to August's budget instead of July.

I have an other example, we receive my salary at end of month, it’s the income to next month. Will be interesting to assign to next month budget.
