Currently, there are no alerts or notifications when transactions get marked as deleted by the bank and change to "delete pending" status. Users need to manually monitor their transactions for this, and can set a filter for 'status = delete pending', but the transactions are easy to miss when it happens on older transactions, especially in previous months.

It would be great if there was a dedicated email notification, or if they were included in the "Unreviewed Digest" emails. The email should include a link to a filtered view for all-time transactions with "delete pending" status.
