This is similar to a Closed feature request, but it's something I've wanted for a long time so I'm re-opening a new issue.

When on the edit filter screen pressing "Enter" should submit the form. Otherwise I have to reach back and use the mouse to click "Apply Filters". See image below of the filter form:
