More control over data shared in email summaries and digests

Some users have expressed concerns about privacy when receiving summaries and digests via email. It would be great to add more control and clarity, such as:
- Asking the user during onboarding if they want to receive unreviewed digest, monthly digest, and annual digests. Instead of having them enabled by default.
- Add granular privacy settings that allow users to control which transaction fields are included in summaries and digests sent by email (i.e. hide the date or hide the payee name, display aggregated totals only, etc.)
