📱 Updates to the Mobile App

Released as iOS v2.3.0 and Android v2.3.0:

🎁 Create a new transfer by holding the '+' button, or use the 'Create Transfer' action from an existing transaction! (🔗)
🎁 View, download, and add attachments to existing transactions; select an existing file or take a photo directly in the app! (🔗)
🔧 Fixed the bug where the iOS keyboard overlapped the notes field (🔗)
