Just tried Lunch Money today and I love it... except it doesn't have zero-based budgeting. I can't use it without that, so really looking forward to more updates on this!

Can’t wait, this is what I’ve been waiting for to re-evaluate LM. Had to move off of it since it didn’t have ZBB

Jen from Lunch Money this is great news. Once this is live, I'll be cancelling my YNAB subscription.

I hope this gets added soon.
I'd appreciate the ability split recurring items over time periods such as week and year to cover subscriptions/donations using those intervals.

This is a missing piece for me for moving from YNAB to LM. I think, with the coming price hike of YNAB, you have a really big opportunity to gain a lot of new users. It would be amazing if you could make it work. However, i can imagine it's a big ask/remodel of the current version of the app. Good luck!

I would be highly interested in this or a version of it. I really really enjoy the simplicity of LM and how it makes me more likely to manage my finances.
That being said, I do really want something to "mark" my dollars and how I intend that they be spent. Set goals etc.
I am hesitant to say that the answer to this is zero-based budgeting because I think it automatically adds a lot of complexity to the process and that...sucks.
But maybe the LM team can come up with some novel to help solve this problem!
