v2: "Rollover to general pool" for income doesn't work with "Base Income On Budgeted Income"

I have "Base Income On" set to "Budgeted Income" (because I'm trying to set up historical budgets based on year-over-year zero-based budget spreadsheets where I sometimes let larger-than-expected income roll over into the following year as "unallocated surplus income" rather than redoing categorization in the same year), and despite one period having a fair amount more actual income than budgeted (first attachment), the following period does not show any "rolled over from the previous period" line at the top of its "Inflow" section (second screenshot---$0 total is because I reset the budget period "starting on" date to match the "rollover starts from" date in case that might have made a difference, and only just finished re-entering the first period's budgets).

This was addressed in release #233. 🎉
With all inflow now going into the general pool, "Budgeted Income" now correctly rolls over as expected when you have it set to base income on "Budgeted Income" with 'Roll over "Left to Budget" and "Overbudgeted" amounts" enabled.
Thanks for reporting this!

And then the period after that, I
do
see it (after entering income, but not yet expense, budgets for the second period). So this sometimes
works ... but for budgets to balance with my spreadsheets, it needs to work consistently every time.
