When I discovered the "move rolled-over funds" feature of the new ("beta") budget interface, I assumed that it moved funds from one "envelope" to another, and was later disappointed to discover that it instead subtracts the moved amount from one budget's "estimate" and adds it to the other's "estimate". I would like a feature to change which budget line-item accumulated rolled-over funds are designated for without touching any of the current period's "estimates."

(Since the reason I discovered this was by clicking the "Move" button multiple times by accident, I admit the current implementation made it easier to undo the mistake, but it's still not correct in my mental model to change the current period's budget when I actually want to adjust either the balance or the sum of all budgets.)
