Create rules from pending transaction

When you click a normal transaction, it gives you the ability to create a rule based on the information of that transaction. I want the ability to do the same thing with a pending transaction.

Agreed. When I see the pending transaction is in the wrong category I update it. I want to be able to make the rule right then and there. If I wait till it becomes posted I have forgotten that it came in with the wrong category.
