Colored income/expense formatting in category rows

I'd love if there was a visual indicator that the month-over-month change in a category has gone up or down considerably. For example, if my electrical bill went way up this month, that should show in dark red. If my income went up slightly, this would be light green. No change would be the default white. The amount of coloring would need to be relative to just the row, not comparing to all costs in the table, and it would be limited to the time range in view.
I used to do this when I had my budget in Excel, using conditional formatting, and it was great. If an expense was out of character, it would be obvious. Sometimes it was over-spending, but sometimes it was just something was not categorized correctly. Either way, it stood out so I could identify the issue. Thanks.
