Mobile App: Support changing currency of existing transactions

When editing existing transactions, the 'Currency' field doesn't show up. It should appear the same as when creating a new transaction, so that you can change the currency.

Yes, and having the selected account automatically match it’s currency for new transactions would expedite this process even more!
