Mobile App: Improve speed and performance for transaction updates

Currently, reviewing transactions and making general transaction updates on the mobile app take around 5-8 seconds. In comparison, updates made on the web-app are very quick and take 1-2 seconds.

When reviewing new transactions on the mobile app and trying to save them, each transaction takes a long time to save (5+ seconds). This leads to a very poor UX for reviewing a set of new transactions on a daily basis. The reviewing of a transaction should be near-instant to save (perhaps by using a background worker to save it to the server) for an optimized transaction review experience.
