On the Transactions page, when reviewing/unreviewing a transaction or clicking on the arrow to open the 'Edit Account' panel, that transaction row flickers.

This has been reported on Chrome, for both Windows and MacOS. On Firefox (Windows), it appears to be highlighting the row as expected without flickering.
