Rules ignore transactions linked to suggested recurring items

Currently, rules ignore transactions that are associated with suggested recurring items. Since those transactions can be revised, split and grouped via the Transactions page, then those transactions should also accept revisions through Rules.

I have a use case that would benefit from this. I tag my transactions according to the account and category, so I know who paid for what (my wife or me), and if it's something that should have been split between us. As we have lot's of categories and a couple of accounts, there are some rules that simple set two tags: whose account it is, should split. At the end of the month I analyze the data and do some simple math in order to re-balance our money. It's much less about owning each order, and more about let us have our own money in a balanced manner.
When creating a transaction from a recurring item though, the tags are not set, I have to do it manually. It's manageable but not ideal.
