A user reported pending transactions that persisted after the posted transactions synced. These pending transactions are all linked to recurring items.

1) Investigate if pending transactions should be getting associated with recurring items in the first place, or if the link to recurring should only apply to posted transactions.

2) If a pending transaction does get linked to a recurring item, is that what causes them to persist after the pending transaction syncs?
