On the Overview page > Spending Breakdown, the percentage amounts for "% of TOTAL" use the total projected spending as the basis for 100%, but the calculation is done with the amount in the "Total spent" column. This means that the totals may not always equal 100%.

Instead, it should be "Total spent" / actual spent.

For income, "Total earned" / actual earned.
