When enabling the rollovers to the general pool via the Settings View, it will display "Not activated" by default. If you open the side panel to active it, it looks as if it's already set. You have to click "edit" to be able to "add adjustment" and save.

Expected: The side panel should show "Add new", similar to how it shows for same category rollovers.
