Coinbase integration doesn't support the new API keys

As of July 16th, 2024, Coinbase no longer supports creating new legacy API keys: https://docs.cdp.coinbase.com/advanced-trade/docs/rest-api-auth-legacy
The Coinbase integration needs to be updated to work with the new API keys.

Lunch Money now supports the new API keys for Coinbase! 🎉
Users with an existing Coinbase connection will need to create a new connection via the Accounts page. The old connection (with status 'Not supported') can then be removed via the 'Edit Account' panel. After clicking on 'Remove this account', you will be prompted with the option to keep your balance history and will merge it to the new connection.
