when i add a new transaction while my transaction list is filtered, the new transaction is added but the new transaction does not show in the list without a refresh even though it fits the filter criteria.

I always apply an account and "all time" filter and add my transactions manually.

This search results behavior did not exist the last time I updated my transactions at the end of Dec 2025.
