Accounts status shows active despite experiencing sync issues

On the Accounts page, the status column will sometimes show "Active" even when accounts are out of date and experiencing syncing issues. For example, some accounts only show 'Relink' after clicking on 'Trigger refresh'.

I'm seeing this with POTP and getting spammed with login attempts emails that are failing becasue no OTP is provided. I'd like to see a setting to mark POTP accounts and mark as manual and last sync in red if greater than a user configurable freshness and a sync button forcing an update and OTP entry. The description is nice to describe POTP, but not all accounts with POTP show this.
