Pad budget tooltip shows incorrect excepted amount for non-monthly recurring items

On the Budget page, the info (i) tooltip next to a category with non-monthly recurring items will display the expected recurring amount incorrectly.
For recurring items that occur multiple times in a month (eg. once a week, twice a week, twice a month or every two weeks), it will only display one instance of the recurring item. For example, "Every 2 weeks" at $25 should show total of $50 for padding suggestion, but instead, only shows $25.
For recurring items that do not occur on a monthly basis (eg. annual or every few months), it will display the recurring item's amount for every month. For example, if the recurring item occurs once a year in September, then it shouldn't show any expected recurring amount for other months.

On the budgeting page, on the left hand side near the categories there is a info (i) hover option next to categories with recurring items. It shows the list of recurring items expected that month for that category. That's a nice features, but it doesn't show the correct list. It seems to show ALL recurring items for the category rather than just those that are expected to occur in the month being budgeted.

It used to be quite a good feature, but now it shows the incorrect total amount of recurring items :/
